How It Works
Step 1:
Decide on how many guests you want to cater to.
Step 2:
Decide which items you wish to order, whether you are just after a cocktail machine, or if you would like to add some extras like a jukebox karaoke machine, a chocolate fountain or some party lighting and effects.
Step 3:
Order your frozen cocktail machine, jukebox and karaoke machine or chocolate fountain online or call us on 1300 455 370 to arrange your booking.
No deposit is needed to secure your slushie machine, once booked, your booking is secure and we will definitely arrive.
Step 4:
We will email you a confirmation within 24 hours. You will also receive a call from us on the week of the party and we will double check all the details of your cocktail machine booking and arrange a delivery time with you.
Step 5: Delivery
Our friendly delivery driver will arrive at the delivery location at the time organised with you prior to the date. Delivery usually takes place between 9am-4:30pm. if you require a time outside of those hours, please call or email us and we will try and accommodate you.The machines typically take about 1 hour to freeze. Upon delivery, the driver will place the slushie machine where you want it and will set it up ready for the party. All our equipment is user friendly however the delivery driver will give you a brief instruction on how to operate the equipment. You will be required to provide your drivers licence so we can write down your licence number, and you will also be required to sign a hire contract.
Step 6: Payment
Payment can be made on the day in cash, or you can pay for your hire prior to delivery via credit card or EFT. Credit cards incur a 3% surcharge
Step 7: Party
Relax and enjoy your delicious frozen cocktail or slushies.
Step 8: Pick Up
Pick up of your slushie machine, jukebox karaoke machine will occur the following day unless another day is agreed upon by both parties. We will arrange an approximate pick up time with you. We do not require you to clean any of the equipment, we take care of that for you.
